Snowy day, November 1962, this caravan came to stay
After five good years in a four-star hotel, in the lap of luxury
Now just £8 a week for the six of us to eat and barely enough room to sleep

The voice within, deep inner knowing, that here we stay
And all roads lead to…

Now a garden you must grow,
there a seeds you’re here to sew,
but there’s more to this than you can know

Yes compost plays a role,
so on adventures you must go,
its nutrients will help things grow

But there’s more to this to know,
A missing ingredient of sorts
A lesson for humanities growth

Then they spoke to us,
And as strange as it may seem
The answers came
And all roads lead to…

And people came to see this sand dune oasis
And to hear how it came to be
Many people came, some stayed some left
And there gathered a community

Built with love
A brand new way
The promise was real
And all roads lead to…


Eight years on, from the land across the pond,
An practical mystic was on his way
Saw that consciousness was growing, with the help of natures knowing
A new age university

Where the teaching was in the practice
And life it was the classroom
And a mystery school they made

And a modern day myth was born
And it spread to all corners of the world
And countless came
And all roads lead to…

From seagulls and sand dunes
To blackbirds and tall trees
Cold caravans
To cosy new homes
Still people come to see
What it’s all about
And changed as though it has
There’s still no doubt…

That love in action,
Love it seems
Can made the difference…
